The reality

Six signs you need someone to run your cloud

Most teams recognise at least three of these.

01

Costs keep rising

The bill grows every month and nobody can say why.

What we doReview the bill, set budgets and alerts, and right-size to your real traffic.
02

Constant firefighting

Engineers spend their days on incidents instead of building.

What we doTake the day-to-day operation off their plate, with a clear escalation path.
03

Alerts arrive late

You hear about outages from customers.

What we doDashboards and alerts on the things that matter, with runbooks for each.
04

Security findings pile up

A scan lists hundreds of issues and no one has time to work through them.

What we doRank them by risk, fix the urgent ones first, and keep the list shrinking.
05

No clear owner

Everyone has access, nobody is responsible.

What we doA named team, a written scope and a monthly report.
06

Patching falls behind

Updates wait for a quiet week that never comes.

What we doA fixed patch schedule, tested in staging and applied in agreed windows.
What you get

What changes once the cloud is managed

The point is not more tools. It is fewer surprises and more time for your own team.

Your team builds again

Operations stop eating into product time.

Spend you can explain

Costs broken down by service and owner, with alerts before limits are hit.

A hardened environment

Access, networks and storage reviewed against recognised guidance.

Performance under load

Capacity and scaling set up for your busy periods, not just your average day.

Recovery you have tested

Backups restored on a schedule, so you know they work.

A monthly report

What happened, what we fixed, what it cost and what comes next.

Build or buy

In-house team or managed cloud?

Neither is always right. This is how they usually compare.

What we cover

Six areas we run for you

Choose all of them or only what you need. Each uses the native tools of your cloud.

Monitoring

Dashboards, logs and alerts on what matters to your service.

  • Metrics and logs in one place
  • Alerts tied to runbooks
  • Uptime checks from outside
  • Reports on trends

How it works

From health check to steady operation

The first stages are read-only, and nothing changes without your approval.

  1. 1

    Health check

A read-only look at your cloud account.

    What happens
    • Review accounts, networks and permissions
    • Look at the last months of spend
    • List what is monitored and what is not
    You get
    • A short report
    • A ranked list of fixes
    • A proposed scope
    Your part

    Give read-only access.

    Safety net

    Read-only. We change nothing.

  2. 2

    Take stock

Document what exists, so nothing depends on memory.

    What happens
    • Draw the architecture
    • List services and owners
    • Write the first runbooks
    You get
    • An architecture map
    • An inventory
    • Draft runbooks
    Your part

Confirm what is critical and who owns it.

    Safety net

    Documentation only.

  3. 3

    Monitoring and guardrails

Set up the alerts and the budgets.

    What happens
    • Dashboards and alerts
    • Budgets and cost alerts
    • An escalation path
    You get
    • Live dashboards
    • Alerts routed to the right people
    • A cost view
    Your part

    Approve alert thresholds and contacts.

    Safety net

    Additive changes only.

  4. 4

    Close gaps and right-size

Fix the urgent security items and trim waste.

    What happens
    • Fix high-risk findings
    • Apply patches in a window
    • Right-size under-used resources
    You get
    • A smaller list of findings
    • Patched systems
    • A lower bill where waste was found
    Your part

    Approve each change window.

    Safety net

Changes go through staging first, with a rollback ready.

  5. 5

    Run and improve

Daily operation and a monthly review.

    What happens
    • Monitor and respond
    • Patch and back up
    • Review cost and security each month
    You get
    • A monthly report
    • A cost review
    • Recommendations for next month
    Your part

Read the report and decide on recommendations.

    Safety net

You can take over at any time. Everything is in your accounts.

Ways to work with us

Four ways to start

Start small and expand as you see the value.

Cloud health check

A read-only review with a short report and a ranked list of fixes. Yours to keep.

Good for: Seeing where you stand

Fixed-scope setup

Monitoring, backups and guardrails set up for a clear scope, timeline and price.

Good for: A defined starting point

Monthly managed plan

Daily operation of your environment with a monthly report. Scope is agreed in writing.

Good for: Handing the day-to-day to us

Dedicated cloud engineer

A part-time or full-time engineer working inside your tools, by the month.

Good for: Extending your own team
Where this fits

Managed cloud in the wider journey

It usually follows a migration and sits alongside cost control and delivery automation.

FAQ

Managed cloud: common questions

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

Ask a question
What are managed cloud services?

A team operates your cloud environment for you: monitoring, patching, backups, security hardening and cost control, with a regular report. You keep ownership of the accounts.

Which clouds do you support?

AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, as well as Kubernetes clusters on any of them.

Can you take over a cloud we already run?

Yes. We start with a read-only health check, document what exists and then take over in stages.

What is covered?

Monitoring and alerts, patching, backups and restore tests, security hardening, Kubernetes and database care, and cost control. The scope is written down before we start.

How fast do you respond to an incident?

Response times are agreed in writing for each plan. Critical alerts follow an escalation path to named engineers.

Will you make changes without asking?

No. Changes go through staging first and are applied in windows you approve, with a rollback ready.

Do we keep admin access?

Yes. The accounts are yours and your people keep the access they need. We work through roles you can see and revoke.

Can our data stay in India?

Yes. We can use Indian regions such as AWS Mumbai or Azure Central India and set access and encryption accordingly.

What do we receive each month?

A report on incidents, patches, backups, security findings and spend, with recommendations for the next month.

How is it priced?

Scope varies, so there is no rate card. After a free call and the health check you receive an itemized written quote. The cloud bill itself is separate and stays with you.

Can we leave if it does not work out?

Yes, at any time. Everything is in your accounts and the runbooks are yours.

How do we start?

Book a free 30-minute call. We follow with a written plan for the health check.
