These terms apply to your use of mountsmy.com, run by MOUNTSMY, Office No. 530, 5th Floor, Yash Arian, Bhuyangdev Society, Memnagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380052, India. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website only. Any project, product licence or service we deliver for you is governed by the proposal, statement of work or contract we both sign, and that document takes priority over these terms.

02Information on the site

We write the content on this site — service descriptions, blog posts, case studies, figures and estimates — in good faith to explain what we do. It is general information, not professional, legal or financial advice, and it may change without notice. Timelines, prices and results mentioned are examples; your actual scope, cost and outcome are set out in your own proposal.

03Intellectual property

The MOUNTSMY name, logo, website design, text, graphics and code on this site belong to MOUNTSMY or are used with permission. You may view, share links to and quote short excerpts from our pages with credit. You may not copy, republish or sell the site’s content or design without our written permission.

Screenshots and names of client projects and products appear with the owners’ permission, or are our own products. Third-party names and logos (for example AWS, Google or Kubernetes) belong to their owners and are shown only to describe the technologies we work with.

04Acceptable use

When using the site, please do not:

• try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or connected systems;
• scan or test it for security weaknesses without our written permission (if you find an issue, please tell us at info@mountsmy.com);
• send spam, malware or misleading information through our forms or chat;
• scrape the site in bulk or use it to build a competing product or dataset.

05Enquiries and quotes

Sending a message, booking a call or receiving a quote does not create a contract. A project starts only when we both accept a written proposal or agreement. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them, or 30 days if no period is stated.

06Our products and demos

Pages about our products (such as EnvironDesk, Green PG and our school management system) describe their features. Using a product, a trial or a demo account is governed by that product’s own terms, which we share when you sign up or book a demo.

07Links to other websites

The site links to other websites, such as client sites, review platforms, WhatsApp and Calendly. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; please read their terms when you visit them.

08Liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and cannot promise it will always be error-free or online. As far as the law allows, MOUNTSMY is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or business, arising from your use of this website.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute about this website will be handled by the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We always prefer to resolve concerns directly first, so please contact us.
