Our story: two MSc IT students who bet on themselves

MOUNTSMY didn't start in a boardroom. It started in a classroom — and the decision to walk out of it.

Where it began

Harsh and Vishal met during their MSc IT, specialising in Infrastructure Management Systems and Cybersecurity.

The realisation

Between lectures and late-night builds, they knew their goal wasn't a degree — it was building software people actually depend on.

They dropped out and launched MOUNTSMY with what they knew best — DevOps and digital marketing.

Dropped out & launched MOUNTSMY

Harsh and Vishal leave their MSc IT to start MOUNTSMY in Ahmedabad — beginning with DevOps, CI/CD, cloud automation, and digital marketing.

2019–2020 · Building

Custom software & cloud engineering

Growing demand for end-to-end builds adds custom software development, AWS cloud architecture, and our first long-term enterprise clients.

2021–2022 · Hardening

Cybersecurity, mobile, design & products

Cybersecurity, VAPT, mobile app development, UI/UX, and QA join the lineup — and we ship our own School Management Suite.
